#songkran2024What a great little park. Really nice mangrove walk. Also has a beachside walk. Plenty of toilets to use. Sports area which had a game I've never seen before similiar to golf . All to encourage people to get active. Harbour area interesting. Also has a lovely Chinese temple. Well worth a visit and not crawling with tourists.

#songkran2024 If you would like to see sunrise in Phuket town, "Saphan Hin park" or "Phuket Bay" is one of the best places. It is the closest sea in Phuket town where you can enjoy exercising in the morning and evening. There are gymnesiums where you can participate. Moreover, walking along mangrove walkway is another activity that you love. At the end of the bay, you will see a beautiful Chinese Shrine. The 3 sides of the white stone of Goddess of Mercy from China is outstanding beside this shrine.

This time I came to Saphan Hin, I had the opportunity to walk along the mangrove path. I really liked it. The atmosphere was nice. When it got dark, there were lights along the way, which made it beautiful in another way. I started walking from the security guard booth to the sea shore. Along the way, I stopped to play with the cute and friendly cats. When I reached the sea shore, the wind was very good. It was so good that I enjoyed walking until it got dark. I saw that the mangrove path was lit up and beautiful in another way. It’s no wonder that many people from Phuket come here to exercise. There are also many food stalls. Spent one afternoon at Saphan Hin to dig for shells and clams around the beach area! It’s so much fun to dig and see what you can find underneath the sand, especially when you do find one! Great way to spend time with your lover or your family or just with friends to see who can find the most! There’s many locals there too so you won’t feel unsafe about where you are and there is a park right next to the beach area. It’s best to go during late afternoon when the sun is setting and the temperature is cooler and the breeze is picking up, and most importantly the tide is still low. Make sure you bring the right equipment like water proof boots to walk on wet sand easily, a bucket to carry all that you find, and of course a shovel to dig with!
