Since I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel at Landmark 72, there happened to be a Pizza 4P’s on the first floor. ⸻ Recommended must-try dishes 1. Burrata Cheese Margherita This is one of Pizza 4P’s signature dishes. The pizza is topped with a whole fresh burrata cheese, which bursts as soon as it is cut, blending perfectly with the sweet and sour tomatoes and fragrant basil. The taste is rich but not greasy, and it is also worth taking photos and checking in! 2. Half-Half Pizza (mix two flavors) Good news for those with choice disabilities! You can enjoy two flavors at once, such as pairing the classic Four Cheese with Smoked Duck with Orange Peel, which is a pleasant surprise with a hint of fruitiness in the salty flavor. 3. food was amazing and service was decent, one of the better western restaurants in Hanoi, they’re a chain apparently and have branches scattered across the city. definitely a must try when you’re in town.
