Pandawa Beach (or Pandava Beach) is located at Badung - South Kuta tourist region and one of the many beaches in Bali. In the past, this beach is well known to be one of the regions secret beaches because of the location behind a mountainous area that secluded its location to the unknown. Pandawa beach is surrounded by two cliffs with one of them, carved into the cliff face the statues of the Pandavas and the Kunti goddess. The six statues from top to bottom are Kunti, Yudhishthira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula, and Sahadeva.

The cliff road is located in Bali, have you been there? The scenery is beautiful with few people in the morning! There are 90-degree vertical cliffs on both sides, and it’s a nice photo spot! My driver told us that Bali newly developed this attraction during the COVID period. From here, it only takes 5 or 6 minutes to drive to Pandawa Beach! Magnificent blue beach that is unmatched in every way... Absolutely stunning and still very much amazed by this beauty. The sea is a perfect blue and the cliffs has been decorated with many legendary gods and heros with such stature and prestige. Albeit a more popular beach, it is still relevatively quiet as infrastructure is still on it's way, with some more proper stalls being built. Nevertheless it is a nice cozy place to spend your day. If youre looking for an even quieter corner, go further down the left side of the beach in a little spot that extend towards the cliff. you won't be disappointed.

Spending time in Bali is always an unforgettable experience, and this time I chose to explore two stunning beaches: Pandawa Beach and Balangan Beach. Both have their own unique charm, yet equally soothing to the soul. Pandawa Beach, with its grand entrance flanked by limestone cliffs and statues of the Pandawa Five, welcomed me with a unique exotic vibe. Its fine white sand, crystal-clear blue waters, and tranquil atmosphere are perfect for relaxing or trying activities like canoeing and snorkeling. I sat under an umbrella, enjoying fresh coconut water, feeling the cool beach breeze, and gazing at the serene horizon. I also tried kayaking around Pandawa Beach for 50k/hour. Here, time seemed to slow down—everything felt peaceful. Next, I continued my journey to Balangan Beach, which is more secluded and feels like a hidden gem in southern Bali. From the cliff above, the view was breathtaking. The sea waves crashing against the rocks in a constant rhythm created a soothing natural sound. This beach is more popular among surfers due to its high and strong waves. Although I’m not a surfer, I thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the shore, letting the waves wash over my feet, while watching the sun slowly set on the horizon. The sunset at Balangan was one of the most magical I’ve ever seen—the sky transformed from orange to purple in an instant, creating a perfect natural painting. Two beaches, two experiences, one conclusion: Bali is truly a paradise of tranquility and beauty. There is also a stunning narrow alley between majestic rocks, which has now become a famous spot for tourists. You need to pay IDR 30,000 for a buggy ride to get there, as private vehicles are not allowed. The views are absolutely incredible. If you are in Bali, Pandawa Beach is definitely a must visit place you should do! 💯

We spent the day soaking up the sun, exploring the unique rock formations, and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The highlight was the panoramic view from the cliffs, where we could see the beach’s crescent shape and the vibrant blue ocean stretching out before us. Pandawa Beach, with its natural beauty and tranquil vibes, truly stole our hearts!
