[Tokyo/Otori Shrine] Tori no Ichi festival held
Otori Shrine, where the Toden streetcar runs nearby.
The Tori-no-ichi festival is held every year.
There were stalls and food and drink areas within the shrine grounds, and it seemed like a lot of locals were there!
Near the entrance to the torii gates, they also sold shots of sake 🍶, so I decided to try one. It was "hiyaoroshi," so it had a mild taste and was delicious.
There was also a rake vendor there, and even though it wasn't a large event, it was lively with people gathering.
