Enjoying the melodious Japanese music at dinner.
The atmosphere here is really conducive to dining🇯🇵
I started with a glass of green apple lactobacillus drink, with its emerald color and crisp taste, slightly sour and sweet, refreshing and appetizing.
Sea Urchin Cup
The presentation is exquisite, the sea urchin is sweet and rich, with a moderate level of saltiness, and the texture is creamy and smooth. The portion is quite generous!
Crab Miso Gratin in Shell
The gratin made of crab meat, crab paste, and crab roe, topped with a quail egg, is served hot. It's slightly salty with a rich flavor, leaving a lingering taste in the throat, smooth and creamy, a must-try!
Black Truffle Eel Rice Pot
Steaming hot, the rice is sticky and full, with the aroma of truffle wafting through the air, and the eel is large and juicy, enough to fill five bowls of rice, a generous portion indeed.
Assorted Sashimi Platter
Featuring peony shrimp, tuna, oil-rich fish belly, toro, and scallops, the sashimi is brightly colored and beautifully presented, each piece freshly cut and served cold, refreshing and fresh, with a natural taste.
We also ordered some cooked dishes - vegetable tempura and soft-shell crab salad, both with generous portions. Especially the salad dressing, which is refreshing and tasty, with a perfect balance of sour and sweet, providing a refreshing palate cleanser!
Average spending per person: $500
