Kokori, a Japanese restaurant in front of Mahidol University, Salaya. Delicious and worth it.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced Japanese restaurant with a wide variety of menus to choose from, “Kokori” is another restaurant you must try! Today, we tried many menus, including noodles, rice, and hot pot. Let’s review what is worth ordering. 🍽 Menus we tried: 🍜 Yaki Udon (99 baht) – Soft and chewy noodles, stir-fried to a thick consistency, good flavor. I like this one! 🍜 Tantanmen (135 baht) – Ramen served hot, very fragrant sesame soup, goes great with stir-fried pork with spicy soybean paste. 🍚 Salmon Garlic Fried Rice (149 baht) – Stir-fried to a fragrant consistency, good flavor, goes great with salmon. If you like fried rice, you must try it. 🍚 Katsudon (129 baht) – Fried pork with egg on top. This menu is just so-so, not wow, but not bad either. 🍛 Tonkatsu Fried Pork Curry Rice (129 baht) – Light curry, goes well with fried pork tonkatsu. But not as strong as the original recipe🍵 Hot green tea (35 baht) – We think the tea is powdered, not tea leaves. Those who like strong green tea may not be your style🍲 Yen ta fo hot pot – If you are not into Japanese food, this place also has Thai menus for you to try. Yen ta fo hot pot is another interesting option.
⭐ Should you try it?
✅ A variety of menus, both Japanese and Thai food to choose from ✅ Affordable price, suitable for students ✅ Delicious udon noodles, good garlic fried rice with salmon, and excellent tantanmen ❌ Some menus have average taste, not outstanding
