There is the Pearl Mountain Cable Car, highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We walked from Lake Toya Station to the cable car station, the scenery we saw along the way was very beautiful😍, but taking the cable car from the observation deck on the mountain, the scenery is another feeling😇 There are snow scenery, forest view, Toya Lake view, the white smoke spraying Showa Shinsan volcano view, very shocking! After taking the cable car, take a taxi to the train station in 5 minutes 😂 (but it took more than 1 hour to walk 😂😂😂) To return to Sapporo at night, Toyako Station has a high-speed bus (Toyako Hot Spring - Nakayama Pass - Sapporo) directly to Sapporo, the journey is 2.5 hours (2780yen). Usually when you go to Lake Toya, you will also visit Mount Usu. Mount Usu is an active volcano with an altitude of 733 meters located south of Lake Toya in Hokkaido, Japan. In the past 100 years, Mount Usu has been observed to erupt four times and is a very active volcano in Japan. The most recent eruption was in 2000. It only takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive from Toyako Hot Spring Area to the cable car station of Mount Usu. There is a parking lot nearby with a parking fee of 500 yen per day. After that, you can take the cable car up the mountain and reach Usu Volcano in about six minutes. The scenic spot has a trail that allows you to walk directly to the Usu crater. Interested travelers can also hike around the crater, which takes about 1.5 hours round trip. This cable car will take us to the observatory where we will turn left to the Uzu Crator Observatory and turn right to see the high angle of Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan. We went to all of them. We walked a lot. It was so cool. The atmosphere was nice but very cold and windy. Along the way up, the view from the cable car was really good. The view was beautiful and not cold.
