Quba Mosque: A Peaceful Gem in Medina 🕌🌤️🌙💫🕊️
Visiting the Quba Mosque was one of the most memorable parts of my time in Medina. As the first mosque ever built in Islam, its historical and spiritual importance is massive — and yet it feels incredibly peaceful and welcoming. 🕌✨
I got to see the mosque at different times of the day, and each moment had its own magic. In the morning, the sunlight hit the white domes beautifully, casting a soft glow that made the whole place feel serene. ☀️🕊️ Later, with the golden hour light, the palm trees around it looked especially beautiful. And at night, the mosque lights up quietly under the sky, creating a calm, almost dreamlike atmosphere. 🌙🌴🌟
The mosque is very well maintained, super clean, and open to all visitors. It’s not overly crowded, which gives you time and space to just take in the beauty and reflect. Also, the surrounding area is nice for a short walk or sitting with a tea after visiting.
Highly recommended if you're in Medina — it's not only a must-see for its history, but also a place to really breathe and feel peace. 🕊️🇸🇦💛
