🚙Take a trip to Si Thep Historical Park in Khao Khlang Nok, Phetchabun Province
🛕Khao Khlang Nok is an ancient site that has been discovered for a long time among the ancient sites of Si Thep Historical Park, Phetchabun Province, but was just renovated in 2012. Khao Khlang Nok is a large religious site built around the 13th-14th Buddhist century in the Dvaravati period. 🙏🙏🙏 It is assumed that it was originally a large stupa that could be climbed to the top. Currently, only a large square base remains, made of laterite, in relatively good condition. There are entrances on all 4 sides, each side is about 64 meters wide, and the height from the base to the top is about 20 meters. It is divided into 2 main levels, each level is about 5 meters high. The author had the opportunity to visit Si Thep Historical Park several years ago. At that time, Khao Khlang Nok was still in the excavation stage and not yet complete. However, on this most recent visit, I got to see Khao Khlang Nok in its entirety. I admired the beautiful architecture in detail. I must say that I was very impressed.

Khao Khlang Nok, Phetchabun Province, to become a world heritage site
Khao Khlang Nok is an ancient site that has been discovered for a long time among the ancient sites of Si Thep Historical Park, Phetchabun Province, but was just renovated in 2012. Khao Khlang Nok is located outside the ancient city of Si Thep, in the same axis as the ancient site of Tham Khao Thamorat. It has a main pagoda and three surrounding pagodas on each side. The sizes of the surrounding pagodas are gradually increasing from large to small. Khao Khlang Nok is a large religious site in a square shape, made of laterite, and is in relatively good condition. There are entrances on all four sides. It is assumed that the top consists of a circumambulation area for performing ceremonies and a balcony that can be walked around, which shows that this area is more than just a religious site, but may be a cathedral or a college, which is an important center of learning.
For those who love history, you must visit here at least once. Come see the great and magnificent world heritage and enjoy Thai history.

Khao Khlang Nok World Heritage Site
Khao Khlang Nok Historical Park is located outside Si Thep ancient city, in the same axis as Tham Khao Thamorat historical park. It has a main pagoda and three surrounding pagodas on each side. The sizes of the surrounding pagodas vary from large to small. It has been listed as the seventh World Heritage Site, which is very impressive. Khao Khlang Nok also has ice cream with various flavors for everyone to try. It costs 50 baht per stick. There is no entrance fee for Khao Khlang Nok, and there is also a parking lot around the area. I would like to emphasize that the historical park does not allow visitors to climb up to the top because there are a lot of people there now. If you haven’t been here yet, hurry up and come. It’s very beautiful. The journey is convenient with signs along the way.
