[2025 Shinshiro Stay] Travel Guide for Hazu Gassyo (Updated Apr)

Introducing the breakfast at Hazu Gassho in Yuya Onsen, Aichi!!! Of course, I was happy that there were many side dishes to go with the rice, but the white rice cooked in a clay pot and rolled omelet were delicious...!!! The grated daikon radish on top of the rolled omelet is grated by yourself on the spot, which was an experience I've never seen at other inns, and it was fun 🤤 ⚫︎Freshly cooked clay pot rice 🍚 They prepare freshly cooked clay pot rice for you in time for breakfast!!! There were four bowls for two people, but it was so delicious that we finished it in no time!!! Introducing the dinner I had at Hazu Gassho in Yuya Onsen, Aichi 🥢 Everything I ate was delicious, but... The one I enjoyed the most was this↓↓↓ ⚫︎Amazake aperitif🌾 It was made only with rice and water, and it was the most delicious amazake I've ever had in my life, so I'm wondering if I should buy it online. ⚫︎Sashimi🐟 Of course the sashimi was delicious, such as Kinuhime salmon, but the sashimi soy sauce called Irizake was so good that I bought it at the shop and took it home!!! ⚫︎Hourai beef sukiyaki hotpot style It was a dish that sukiyaki lovers can't resist🤤 It had a gentle sukiyaki taste, and I want to make it at home too...!!! The bathtub is larger than the cypress bath, and it is so spacious that it seems like it would be spacious enough for four people!!!
