Two coffee shops in Chiang Mai
The first GRAPH quarter, the one on Nimman Road, is a popular check-in shop for tourists. This is the place where you can enjoy a truly quiet and slow life. The main dish is special coffee. The chocolate one is a bit sweet. If you don’t like sweet, you can choose the special American coffee, which is very refreshing. The price of coffee is 160🐷, and it is easy to make.
The second one, Living a Dream, is inside Chiang Mai University. Since I live nearby, I had brunch there. The food was pretty good, and the environment was comfortable. I could just stare at the lake.
Compared to the internet-famous Wonderland Coffee, I personally think that although it looks pretty good and the food tastes okay, there is no need to check in specifically as the scenery looks a bit fake.
I recommend a massage place near Nimman One, vintage Thai massage. I used the taxi app maxim to get there. The environment is not as good as let's relax but the technique is very good! The price is 900🐷 for 2 hours, it is best to make an appointment in advance! I heard that Thai people go for massage at least twice a week haha
Recommended: Longan Ice and Da Pao Rice at Chiang Mai University Backdoor Night Market
Longan ice is not sweet and refreshing. The location of Da Pao Fan is to keep walking back, and beef with two eggs is recommended! Delicious!
The Tom Yum Goong at this night market recommended by the lightning avoider 🍠, the seafood is OK but not delicious
The recommended Nimman Road restaurant Lemon Tree is priced okay, but the taste is just average, not as good as people say, so there’s no need to go there specially to eat there.
