Gibson Steps Not far from the Twelve Apostles, there is a scenic spot called Gibson Steps. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk 1.1 kilometers from Twelve Apostles. It is a very flat trail. Walk down the steps to the beach and experience the spectacular sight of waves hitting the rocks up close. Standing on the beach and looking up at those towering cliffs really makes you feel how small you are. #celebratewithtrip the next stop of my great ocean road road trip was actually the Gibson steps. it can be quite tiring as there were a lot of stairs to reach to the destination and climbing all the way down would also mean that you will have to climb up again to reach your original place of arrival. nevertheless the view was really pretty and fabulous and you can take very nice pictures over here. would highly recommend to come here if you have the chance during your road trip. you can take plenty of memorable pictures here and do note it can be quite sandy so you might want to remove your shoes for more comfort.

There was a constant queue until after 5pm when we finally got in without waiting. So, if you're planning to visit, avoid peak hours. It's truly beautiful! 📍Twelve Apostles (Restrooms available!) A must-see! There's a large parking lot, so no worries there, and there are restrooms! The facilities here are excellent, making it a great place for a break. 📍Bay of Islands This attraction is often overlooked on the way to the Twelve Apostles, but it's definitely worth a visit! First of all, there are far fewer crowds, but the scenery is just as stunning as the other attractions. Although it requires an extra 20 minutes of driving, it's highly recommended. 📍Loch Ard Gorge + The Razorback There are two attractions here, each with its own track.
