Taipa Portuguese Style: a tourist attraction that organically combines museums with natural ecology
The Macau Taipa Tower tourist attraction includes museums, wetlands and trails. It is one of the eight scenic spots in Macau and is well worth a visit.
The Portuguese Style Lifestyle Museum consists of five small emerald green buildings, including the "Portuguese Style Lifestyle Museum", "Art Gallery", "Creation Museum", "Style Museum" and "Welcome House".
The Portuguese Living Museum recreates the living scenes of the Macanese in the past by displaying the history and culture, home furnishings and pictures of the Macanese.
The Chuanghui Pavilion is currently operated by the Wanxiang Gallery and Bookstore, which has opened a complex space combining a gallery and a bookstore.
The Guest House is the “Casa Maquista” cultural restaurant, which is privately run and promotes the “Macanese cuisine cooking skills”, an intangible cultural heritage of Macau.
There is a beautiful wetland in front of the museum, which attracts many egrets, forest birds, dragonflies, butterflies and other animals to inhabit. It is one of Macao’s important ecological zones. There are ecological trails and bird-watching houses in the area, allowing visitors to watch birds and experience the greenery without disturbing the habitats of the creatures. In addition to the ecological trail, there is also an ecological pond. The biological information sign next to it introduces basic information such as birds, insects and aquatic plants, making it easier for the public to learn more about the biodiversity of the wetland. The golden wind blows, playing the music of nature. While strolling along the trail, you can also enjoy the magnificent view of the leisure resort buildings standing on the Golden Avenue. It is really leisurely and comfortable.
