[Sedona's newest attraction] A spectacular spot at the end of the trail!
📍 Devil’s Bridge
I went to a place in Sedona that is a hot topic on social media as a spectacular spot📷✨
Devil’s Bridge is a spot where you can walk on a natural rock bridge that is about 16m high and 14m long😳︎✨
It looks thrilling in the photos‼︎
But in reality, the width of the rock🪨 is wide, so it is a safe place where you can walk normally☺️🫶🏽
The trail itself takes 2 to 2.5 hours round trip!
The final part is a physically demanding course as it continues to go uphill.
But overall, there are no paths that are easy to get lost on, so you can enjoy it with small children✨
There are three main hiking trails to Devil’s Bridge!
①Depart from Devil's Bridge Trailhead
(4WD vehicles only)
This is the shortest route and takes about an hour round trip, but the road to the parking lot at this trailhead, "Dry Creek Road," is quite steep and only 4WD vehicles with high clearance can pass through, so be careful! (📷Proceed along the road shown in the 5th photo)
②Depart from Dry Creek Trailhead (Most popular)
This is the most popular course, with a round trip of 4.6 miles. The parking lot is also quite crowded, so it's better to visit early in the morning! ︎
③Depart from Mescal Trailhead Parking Lot
If you can't park your car at the second parking lot above, it's also good to start from here👆🏽
You'll walk through more grass than the second course, so it's recommended for those who want to walk leisurely and enjoy the scenery!
When we finally reached our destination, we were pretty exhausted lol😂
To stand on the bridge in the photo, we had to wait on the other side!
As a result, each person or group had to stand on the bridge at a time, which meant a long line for taking photos...😇
It's a spot with a secluded feel, but...
There are a lot of people at the destination, so sometimes you have to wait in line for up to an hour to take photos😳😳︎︎︎
A relaxing natural spot that is typical of Sedona!
It may not be the place for people who want to experience that atmosphere...
But!!
The scenery is truly spectacular, so if you've already visited Sedona's main tourist spots (the four major vortexes) and still have time, be sure to give it a try 🧡🥹
