One of the highlights of this trip was convincing my travel companion, who usually dislikes lamb, to give it a try. They ended up loving it and kept saying, "This is so delicious!" When I first started coming here, I insisted on dining at the main branch. However, the wait times there are quite long. Over time, more branches have opened in the Susukino area, offering more comfortable seating and much better ventilation systems. Some branches even allow online reservations. When you think of Genghis Khan, you might think of mutton. In Sapporo, there is a small but well-equipped mutton restaurant called Daruma Genghis Khan BBQ. There are 11 seats in the restaurant, so if you want to taste the mutton, you need to be mentally prepared, which is to wait. It may always be due to our store. This time I waited in line for an hour and a half. Our restaurant uses a real charcoal stove. The freshly roasted lamb with onions is very sweet and fresh, with no lamb smell at all. It cooks quickly over high heat, but the portions and food options are limited. There are three different types of lamb. The meat tastes very good and goes very well with rice. Maybe the portions were a bit small, so most people ate in a hurry and left. The waiter is very patient, the old lady employee is super enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. If you are interested in eating lamb in Sapporo, you must visit this restaurant. This is the main store, which opens at 5pm.
