[2025 Shenyang Hotels] Travel Guide for Conrad Shenyang (Updated Jul)

I held my 30th birthday at the conrad hotel. I'm so picky & attention to detail is so important to me haha! The venue was perfect! we had the whole floor to ourselves which was GREAT! I decided to host a personalized hot buffet for guests- the hotel let me change things & add things to what I wanted on the menu- let me just say the food was nothing short of DELICIOUS. I had all you can drink open bar- staff were on hands all night serving and making sure everyone's glass was full👏 The waiters were so friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend throwing your events/birthday here - as every detail and all efforts that went into this bash paid off. Conrad really turned my 30 fantasy into a reality and it was just a dream!💃💜 #luxuryhotel

No matter how many places I have traveled, my favorite thing is Chinese food. Chinese food is taste, mood and culture. The full-scale Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor of Shenyang Conrad Hotel, from decoration design to cultural charm; from food creation to color taste, I like it. "Full Hall" means full and beautiful. Walking into the full hall is like walking into the deep house compound of the old aristocratic family, pavilions, lanterns, glazed tiles, hieroglyphics, and the courtyard of Chinese culture is deeply written in one step. The glass on both sides of the hollow corridor is a bamboo forest that seems to be deep, and the meaning of deep culture in the abstract; the head and face books of Peking Opera are placed on the stage, and the back wall of the restaurant uses broken porcelain of different colors. The abstraction of the Facebook pattern, as well as the bookshelves on both sides of the table, are works of art or books that the owners have scoured from China or around the world. Full House is mainly based on Sichuan cuisine and Northeastern cuisine. This time I ordered a few dishes: Northeastern cuisine: pot of black pork, Qingyuan chicken abalone stewed mushrooms, silky sweet potato yam, and the last northeastern glutinous rice. The presentations are all small and exquisite, which makes people feel the aftertaste; the dishes in the hall break my notion that the weight of the northeastern dishes is not heavy, and they can be so "on the hall" after they have been carefully carved.

This isn't my first time staying at Conrad Shenyang. This time, I traveled to Shenyang with my partner KELVIN and chose to stay here again. The transportation is extremely convenient - we took the high-speed train from Harbin to Shenyang North Station, and the hotel was just two subway stops away. The basement level is a shopping mall, making it very convenient if you want to buy anything. Hotel facilities: The check-in lobby on the 88th floor offers a panoramic view of Shenyang. The hotel features many artworks, and both the lobby bar and restaurants (Chinese and Western) are of excellent quality. Our room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very roomy, with an oversized shower and bathtub that definitely helped relieve travel fatigue. Surroundings: Just over a kilometer away is the Color TV Tower Morning and Night Market, and three kilometers away is the Xiaoheyan Morning Market, where you can experience the lively atmosphere of Northeast China. Zhongjie Street is also very close by - you can try Shenyang-style grilled chicken racks, visit Shenyang Imperial Palace, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and the new check-in spot Wangjing Dajiating (which has an imperial palace viewing platform on the fourth floor overlooking the palace). The coffee was fragrant, and the cocktails were unique. I enjoyed a few drinks and felt very relaxed. I wanted to stay longer, so I asked for a late check-out. I was easily allowed to check out at 2 pm, which was very considerate. The gym was equipped with a full set of Technogym equipment, which was perfect for a fitness enthusiast like me. I enjoyed working out while overlooking the city. The bar on the 88th floor offered a great view, but you had to make a purchase to enjoy it. A drink cost CNY 88 plus a 15% service charge. Fortunately, my Diamond membership gave me a 25% discount. However, I couldn't charge it to my room, which was a bit disappointing. The only downside was the breakfast. The taste was average, and the restaurant layout was not very convenient. I had to walk back and forth to get food.
