This time I came to Cheung Sha Wan's "Su Shan Chicken Rice"🙋🏻 ♀️ to try their Singaporean cuisine, it did not disappoint me😋 Every food is full of Nanyang flavor, taste and texture are excellent👍🏻👍🏻
🔹Lion City Bean sprouts free-range chicken
This plate of free-range chicken is very tender, the skin is crispy and not greasy at all. The sprouts are crisp and refreshing, with a little sweetness, which goes well with the chicken. The sauce is a special soy sauce, ginger and garlic. It tastes fresh and spicy, which is very appetizing. The freshness of the chicken contrasts strongly with the refreshingness of the sprouts, and you can’t stop eating!
🔹 Oil rice
The oil rice is cooked with distinct grains, with a strong coconut aroma and the aroma of mottled leaves. The rice is not too greasy. It is great with chicken!
🔹Light Bak Kut Teh
The bak kut teh broth has a strong herbal flavor but not bitterness, with a little pepper pungency, which is very warming to the stomach. The ribs are cooked until they are soft and melt in your mouth. There are also bean curd sticks that absorb the broth, which is enough to taste. Compared to traditional bak kut teh, this light version is less greasy and more to my liking.

🔹Badong beef with Jiangdong coconut milk rice
The Padang beef was stewed very soft, the meat was loose, the spices were very rich, with a little sweet and spicy. The coconut milk rice is fragrant and has distinct grains, and is richer with crispy ginseng, peanuts and sambal sauce.
