If you happen to be staying at a hotel on the island of Sentosa, I recommend a romantic dinner at Cassia restaurant situated in Capella Hotel! The interior is elegant and modern with classic Chinese elements, plus the ambience is really calming and tranquil. In terms of their food, we couldn’t get enough of it! Everything tasted very refined and delicious, especially the fried rice. But do skip the green tea dessert as that tasted a little weird. GHA Black Local Experience No. 4! 5-COURSE GHA DISCOVERY LUNCH AT CASSIA “Relish in a 5-course contemporary cantonese menu with tea pairing” A relaxing weekday lunch at one of the poshest Chinese restaurant in Singapore💰 I loved loved loved the siew mai (because.abalone) and the glorious flavorful soup 🍲. The generous plate of cod benefitted from the bed of crunchy veg but by itself could have been more seasoned 🐟Rice was meh (but yays to lap cheong) but desert was a uniquely refreshing end to the meal. 🍧 I’m a coffee person but found myself enjoying the elaborate tea pairing - Eastern Beauty tea for the win! 🫖 Service was stellar, in line with my Capella experience. Seriously, how do they train these guys? 🌟 Fancy eats indeed!
