Maldives, a small city full of tourists seeking peace and romance. We booked a flight ticket with trip.com with AirAsia flying directly to the Maldives and booked a stay at Adaraan Prestige Vadoo, a 5-star resort with a butler in every room. The rooms here have a small private pool and a jacuzzi in every room. And it is an overwater villa with all inclusive, including everything in the room. This island is not very big. You can walk around it in no time. There is a house reef diving spot 🪸 which is quite good. There are a lot of fish, but the dive spot is not very wide. There are a lot of sharks to see 🦈 There are Thai staff, including a Thai chef. Don't worry that the food will be inedible. #Christmas in the hotel Celebrate Christmas party at 5-star resort in Maldives at adaaran prestige vadoo We booked with all about maldaives for 3 days and 2 nights. We went on Friday which is Maldivian day. There were so many people at the airport. But the hotel had a Christmas celebration. There was a Christmas tree lighting ceremony and a hula hoop show. There was also a Madivian night buffet. Most of the food was Indian and Maldivian food. But there was also chicken steak, mahi-mahi fish steak, glass shrimp, beef steak and grilled beef salad with authentic Thai flavors because there is a Thai chef (P'Toi) here!!! (You can request Thai food for every meal with the bustler in the room.) Like the day we returned, we had shrimp congee and chili soy sauce. I almost cried. I miss Thai food. The food is super spicy. 😂 PS. I don't recommend going on Friday and returning on Sunday like us. There were so many people at the airport! P.S. For the return flight, I recommend leaving 3 hours. Had an amazing time in this beautiful resort. 15 minutes from Male International Airport by speedboat. Welcome greeting by the staffs upon arrival at the gate. We were offered short orientation and wristband. Once the gate was opened, it was like picturesque paradise! The welcome drink at the Dhoni Bar. It comes with the unlimited drinks. Then we headed to the swimming pool. Kids loved it so much. Nice pool with stunning beach view. Swimming and snorkelling in the blue water with lots of house reef. Next it was lunch time. Delicious buffet lunch with local and western food. We finished it off with ice cream. Back to the beach and pool. Kids and water were just inseparable.. hahaha. Then in the evening, we had fun watching the shark feeding where many sharks and larger fish gathered around the shallow water. Before leaving the resort while waiting for the speedboat, we relaxed at the bar again to enjoy the breezy wind and witnessed the beautiful rainbow.

Last time when I go to the Maldives I really wanted to stay at luxurious place like Adaaran Prestige Vadoo. Really cozy, luxurious, beautiful and privacy. But, when I think I will go to so many activities, not come to relax at hotel, then I choose another more pleasant hotel. But, I still choose to come to this private hotel just for snorkeling and relax at their beach for a day. Really worth with what I paid! The water really clear. No need to snorkeling, you still can see a fish from your chair. Fantastic experience when I can see really beautiful fish, even not in deep water. For information this Adaaran Prestige Vadoo is a luxurious Maldives Island resort that stands out amongst the best. The list of indulgences that awaits you at the Maldives Island resort can only be matched by the captivating lushness of the surroundings. ​ If you stay here you can swim 24hour with fish including shark. But for me, enough a day trip for exploring this island. Nothing much can do except swimming, snorkelling, wait for sunset and sunrise and feed fish.
