Peach blossoms bloom on the banks of Dongjiang Lake: A spring travel guide

Dongjiang Lake in April–May is like a palette overturned by spring. The peach blossoms along Bailang Ring Lake Road bloom along the blue waves. There are many free parking spots along the Ring Lake Road. ▫️Non-self-driving: Take the "Chenzhou-Bailang" special line bus from Chenzhou Tianlong Station (1 hr direct) 🌸Flower Viewing Route (recommended to save!) DAY1: Bailang Pier → Changyingtou Village → Lakeside Boardwalk → Peach Blossom Island Viewing Platform ▫️In the morning, first go to the pier to rent a small electric donkey (CNY 30/hour). You will encounter peach groves along the lake while riding. ▫️The S-bend near Changyingtou Village is a great place for taking photos! Light pink flower branches hang down to the lake. It looks great to wear Hanfu or a white dress. ▫️At noon, eat freshly caught mandarin fish at a farmhouse on the heart of the lake.
