Great service👏 The seaweed is also carefully packed in a wooden box🙆♀️ You can have egg on rice, or you can put seaweed in your Chinese noodles! You can eat as much as you like, however you like. This time, I ordered ・Special light-colored soy sauce shellfish broth Chinese noodles (1200 yen) ・Grilled loin rice (550 yen) ️📝 The special light-colored soy sauce shellfish broth Chinese noodles have a wide variety of toppings! Rare char siu, seasoned eggs, bamboo shoots, onions, lemons, and green onions. The soup contains domestic chicken stock, aged soy sauce, and extracts of shijimi, scallops, and clams. It's light but rich, so it's a delicious soup that you can drink all of it💕 The noodles are made with whole wheat flour and reduced water, which is made exclusively for Nayuta. The noodles have a firm texture and go down very well☺️ I recommend eating the rare char siu as soon as possible before it gets cooked✨️ It's soft and delicious💕 The crunchy texture of the onions is also nice🙆♀️ Adding Japanese pepper to change the flavor brings out the shellfish stock even more! I really liked this change in flavor💗 The seared loin rice is limited to 20 servings per day☺️ It was still available on this day, so I ordered it! Domestic beef is cooked sukiyaki-style with a homemade sauce✨️ It's quite a lot for one piece of meat! Luxurious. To make it feel more like sukiyaki, I cracked an egg from the all-you-can-eat menu and added it 🥚 The meat was so tender that it melted in my mouth, and went perfectly with the creamy egg. I poured dashi soy sauce over the leftover rice and had it as egg-on-rice. There were lots of different eggs, seaweed, and flavors to choose from, so I really enjoyed eating it in all different ways to suit my tastes 💗 The inside of the restaurant is bright and very clean, making it an easy place for women to come alone. I'm also curious about the ginger Chinese noodles and dried sardine tsukesoba, so I'd like to come back again!
