The second floor is for shoppers, and there are about two staff members who will serve you one-on-one 🫐🫧 One of the staff members has studied abroad in Japan, and they spoke to me in Japanese. The Yeonnam-dong store offers a service where they will engrave the caps of your perfume bottles for free!! They also have stores in Myeongdong Lotte Duty Free and Hyundai Seoul, so it's easy to visit even when you're traveling! 🩵 The space is stylish, so I highly recommend it!!
