The Ipobo Observatory

#springitinerary A place overlooking the Namhangang River. The observatory facilities are very good, and it's a good place to go for a walk. You can Park at the entrance to Pasa Castle and walk a short distance to see it. The 2nd floor is the entrance floor where Ipo Bridge is located, and the 3rd floor is a cafe and there are restrooms. Recommended for a family outing. I like having a cup of coffee while looking at the surrounding scenery at the Ipobo Observation Deck.
