This restaurant opened in March after the former chef at a popular restaurant in Hirakata City's Furniture Complex went independent. I made a reservation and headed there on a Sunday, but they were fully booked and I was turned away even by phone on the day. The umami of the broth could be felt from the appetizers, which was very reliable. The sashimi was also very tasty, and the sea urchin was very sweet. As the meal was left to the chef, everything was perfectly timed, the chawanmushi was comforting, and the portions were just right, so I was really satisfied to be able to eat a variety of dishes. We finished off with warm moringa noodles from Yoron Island, where the chef is from. It left me feeling warm and fuzzy! I'll definitely be returning here.
