Qingdao and Weihai are beautiful, but Yantai is even more so. Especially in winter, when there are few tourists, the blue sea and sky are even more beautiful. The city is full of artistic vibes, and you don't have to wait in line to take photos. I really love this small seaside city. - ⭐️⭐️Yantai 2-day itinerary Day 1⃣️Golden Beach Sunrise ➡️ Chaoyang Street ➡️ Yantai Hill ➡️ Hongkou 1920 Street ➡️ Suochengli ➡️ Yantai Handicraft Museum; Day 2⃣️Fisherman's Wharf ➡️ Binhai Middle Road ➡️ Yangma Island. - 📷15 of my favorite photo spots in Yantai. You can go to the beach to take photos in the afternoon when the tide is low. - ✅Lonely Whale (Pic 2) Navigate to Lonely Whale. You can come early in the morning. The light and shadow of the sunrise are beautiful, and there are few tourists. - ✅Sky Appointment (Pic 3) It is very close to Lonely Whale. You can visit both. - ✅Housha Square (Pic 4) The glass bridge extends over the sea. It is a great place to take photos, especially at sunrise and sunset. - ✅Time Tower (Pic 5) A 5-minute walk from Lonely Whale. - ✅Stairway to Heaven (Pic 6) Pics 2-6 are all at Golden Beach. You can spend half a day visiting all of them. There are many white watchtowers on the beach, which are great for taking photos. - ✅Yangma Island Photo Frame (Pic 7) Navigate to Yubi Garden on Yangma Island. You need to go down to the beach and then go up to the abandoned building. Use the door frame of the building to compose your photo. - ✅Yangma Island Castle Path (Pic 8) Navigate to Yishou Road on Yangma Island. The sloping path leads to the sea. It is a great place to take photos. It is very close to Pic 6. - ✅Sea Railway (Pic 9) At Fisherman's Wharf, the railway extends to the sea. It is the Yantai version of Spirited Away. - ✅Hongkou 1920 Street (Pic 10) A nearly 100-year-old European-style villa by the sea. It is a great place to take photos. - ✅Chaoyang Street (Pic 11) There are many popular photo spots here. Yantai Hill Lighthouse (Pic 12) The photo spot is at the Starbucks on Chaoyang Street near Yantai Hill. Use the window to compose your photo. - ✅Suochengli (Pic 12) The old house has the words "Yantai" on it. It is a great place to take photos. - ✅Yantai Handicraft Museum (Pic 13) Try to come on a sunny day. The light and shadow cast by the colored glass are beautiful. - ✅Binhai Middle Road (Pic 15) The Yantai version of Kamakura. The photo spot is at the intersection of Binhai Middle Road and Xinxing South Street and Xincheng North Street.
