The only hotel in Xi’an that has made me stay three times on business trips!!!

The black and white color scheme and boomerang-shaped building are very distinctive. The lobby design is also very thoughtful, with a symmetrical layout and a fireplace in the middle cleverly dividing the space. The dark shades combined with intricate rectangular decorations seem to incorporate elements of the Xi’an city wall, instantly immersing you in a strong atmosphere of luxury. Check-in experience: Thoughtful service warms the heart During check-in, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and greeted me sincerely with “Welcome to The Ritz-Carlton,” which instantly made me feel respected. The hotel staff have a strong service awareness; several employees actively guided me to the front desk, making the check-in process very smooth. The room arrangement was also very considerate—I stayed in a high-floor king room with an amazing view overlooking the bustling cityscape. Room details: Quality and design combined The room’s decoration and facilities exude refinement. Details like the wooden swivel TV frame and metal-framed glass doors are perfectly executed. The bedding is of very high quality and extremely comfortable; even someone like me who usually has trouble sleeping fell asleep instantly. The hotel also thoughtfully provides turndown service at night, with the bed neatly tucked, water and a welcome card placed on the bedside table, creating a warm feeling. Dining exploration: A delicious journey for the taste buds The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and my favorite is Fresh Kitchen Buffet. The restaurant’s design is stylish, with lighting that looks like jellyfish. The dishes are abundant, especially the oil-splashed noodles, which might be the best and most popular oil-splashed noodles in all of Xi’an, with just the right portion size. However, the breakfast service has a minor flaw: there is no à la carte menu, no seating host, and guests need to get their own utensils and coffee. Lounge time: Comfort in the sky garden The Executive Lounge is located on the 23rd floor and is the largest Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge in the Asia-Pacific region. The layout is smooth, featuring a fireplace meeting area, living room, library, and a terrace for relaxing while enjoying the city night view. The lounge offers five daily sessions of selected delicacies, with an open kitchen staffed by dedicated chefs cooking on-site, and the service is very attentive. Fitness and leisure: Comprehensive relaxation for body and mind The hotel gym is well-equipped, and the pool is spacious with a guest area nearby. I especially love the FLAIR bar on the top floor, where the indoor ceiling is made of wood-grain aluminum panels and the outdoor floor is made of Yuexiu wood. The indoor and outdoor spaces can be freely combined, and sitting on the rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of Xi’an’s nightscape. Practical tips: Check-in advice • Transportation: The hotel is located in the southern high-tech business district, adjacent to Zhongda International, and very close to the Kejilu Station on Metro Line 3, making travel very convenient. • Booking: If you want to experience the Executive Lounge, it is recommended to book an executive room in advance or purchase executive privileges separately. • Dining: Fresh Kitchen’s dinner offers great value and a wide variety of dishes, definitely worth trying. Recommendation: The ultimate choice for a luxurious experience The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an boasts first-class hardware facilities and excellent service. Although there are minor flaws in dining service, the overall experience is still fantastic. Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this place can provide you with an unforgettable journey and is definitely worth recommending to everyone.
