You must stay at this affordable hotel when you visit Xi'an

InterContinental Xi'an North: A comfortable and pleasant accommodation option The theme of my trip to Xi'an was eating noodles. I didn't want to travel between attractions frequently, so I spent a lot of time at the hotel. Therefore, I prioritized the comfort of the room when choosing a hotel. InterContinental Xi'an North was a pleasant surprise. The hotel lobby is decorated in a simple and neat style with dark colors, which is calm and atmospheric. The staff at the entrance of the lobby were enthusiastic and polite. The check-in process was very efficient, and the luggage was delivered quickly and promptly. The Executive King Room I stayed in was unique. The entrance door was double-layered. You had to pass through the bathroom, shower, and dressing table area before opening another door to enter the bedroom. The functional areas were clearly defined and concentrated, and the layout of each area was reasonable and convenient. The design of the headboard was one of the best I've seen in recent hotels, and I couldn't miss the opportunity to take a photo here. The corner sofa in the room was a bit simple, which was a relatively weak point. There was an office chair on one side of the desk, and a small couch was cleverly placed in the space between the desk and the wall on the other side, which was very comfortable. I loved the understated color scheme of sandalwood, green, and gray, which was great for taking photos and very beautiful. Although there was a small problem at night, the bathtub drain malfunctioned when I went out to play after taking a shower in the afternoon. I thought it was just a slow drain, but it hadn't improved when I returned at night. Fortunately, the hotel quickly arranged for someone to fix it. But this small episode was just a minor flaw in an almost perfect room experience. In terms of dining, the welcome fruit was of medium to high quality and was acceptable. The breakfast was even more amazing. The common Xi'an snacks were made into exquisite small portions, which satisfied diners' curiosity and desire to try various delicacies while avoiding overeating. It was ingenious. The gym was slightly busier than the other hotels I stayed at during this trip, but everyone was focused on exercising. The equipment was basically able to meet the demand and was relatively new. There weren't many people in the swimming pool, and the overall environment was clean, tidy, and beautiful. In addition, the promotional video played on the hotel TV left a deep impression on me, especially the short film by Lu Yan, which was worth watching repeatedly. It showed the excellent taste of the InterContinental Hotels Group's marketing team. Overall, if I visit Xi'an again, although the hotel is a bit remote, I would still be happy to stay at this hotel again because of its high standard of room comfort.
