“Hong Ngao-Ngao Headwaters Management Unit” is a park of Conservation Area Office 15 (Chiang Rai), located in Wiang Kaen District, Chiang Rai Province. The route is the same as Phu Chi Fa. Here, there is a place for tourists to set up tents and stay overnight at the office of the Hong Ngao-Ngao Headwaters Management Unit or book accommodation in a nearby area to watch the fog.
