This time I went to a popular coffee shop in Wan Chai. The shop was decorated in black and white cartoon style, and the paintings in the shop were hand-painted 🤩. The shop is located on Chun Yuen Street, Wan Chai. The shop environment is quite large and there are many counters 🙈. There are many food choices on the menu, and this time I chose the afternoon tea set. - ULURU Caihua no Sato Greenhouse Afternoon Tea is HKD$338/2 persons. The set menu is served from 14:30 to 17:00 and includes two savoury dishes/eight desserts/one dessert chef recommendation, and two drinks of your choice. - 💥Salty food: Thai fried fish cakes/Grilled fried shrimps, eat these two appetizing and delicious salty foods first😆. Thai fried fish cakes are slightly spicy and have a chewy and fragrant texture. Gillette fried shrimps have a crispy and fragrant taste, and the shrimp meat is refreshing. - 💥Desserts, each layer of dessert is exquisitely presented, and the small pieces are easy to eat. Upper layer 👉ULURU Mocha/Macaron Middle layer cake: grapefruit + chocolate + blueberry cheese Lower layer 👉 Rose milk jelly/chocolate croissant - The flavors of macarons are random, with a soft texture and crispy outer skin. The taste is sweet but not greasy, and it feels like it melts in your mouth 😚. The chocolate is a soft-core version, with a rich and smooth taste, and a stronger dark chocolate flavor😋. The three cakes have their own unique flavors, with a soft texture and a sweet and sour taste. The milk jelly has a strong rose flavor, and at the same time, it has a milky flavor. It has a smooth texture and is not too sweet. The croissant is soft and not too greasy, which is great☺. - 💥Mini Chocolate Candy Greenhouse, this dessert looks great😍, and is presented in a special shape of a small plate. The noodle head is decorated with beautiful roses 🙈, and it is placed in a transparent small cradle, which is very special. The soft chocolate is surrounded by chocolate crunch and cake.
