Mochi noodles are unique

Taiwanese cuisine is a popular delicacy among Hong Kongers. Located at the Taipei Inn at the World Trade Center in Causeway Bay, the place is spacious and comfortable, facing the beautiful sea view, and the colorful decoration gives people a sense of relaxation. Signature beef noodles The soup is rich beef broth, smooth and fragrant, insect fungus flowers add flavor and texture, plus the accompanying butter oil, more oily smooth. The beef is tender, tender and well seasoned. It melts in your mouth and is rich in juice. The noodles can be selected from handmade knife noodles or Taiwanese wide vermicelli, so I chose to come with a bowl of each. The noodles with handmade knife-shaped noodles are smooth and bouncy, absorbing the broth for extra flavour. The wide vermicelli is crystal clear, smooth and elastic, and has a refreshing taste. Sakura shrimp vinegar eggplant The eggplant is soft and chewy, with sweet and sour black vinegar, sweet and delicious. The cherry shrimp spread on top is salty and crispy, full of seafood aroma. It is a refreshing snack. Grandma mochi Serve with black sesame powder. The white marshmallows are like cloth. Mix the black sesame powder with chopsticks. It has a cool and sweet taste.
