Go directly through the main entrance of Granvia Hotel, pass the hotel lobby and take the elevator to the 6th floor. Transportation strategy: Take the JR train from Osaka to JR Wakayama Station, or take the JR train from Kansai Airport to JR Higen Station and transfer to the train to Wakayama. Don't take the Nankai Railway, which goes to "Wakayama City Station" and then you have to change to the JR train to "JR Wakayama Station".
