On the first day, we landed in Male around 8 o'clock. We used our passports to get a phone card at the airport, but later found out that it couldn't access the internet or make calls because we didn't add money to it. However, it could receive calls and messages for some reason after activation. At around 10:30, our guide picked us up and took us on a speedboat to the island, which took about 20 minutes. We even saw dolphins on the way! When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us and took us to check-in. We got our room around 12 or 1 o'clock. We were too tired from the flight, so we took a nap first, then went out to find food, watched the sunset, and booked a day trip for the next day. The following days were basically repeating this routine. The next day, I joined package 2 of Shadow Palm. This route is quite good, with nurse sharks, Coco Yak's uninhabited sandbar, dolphins, manta rays, and a visit to the stringray at Filehoo Island. However, we didn't see the manta ray, only saw dolphins twice. They start booking the itinerary for the next day at 7:30 pm the night before. Package 2 is available almost every day, but the other two routes may not be available depending on the number of reservations. On the third day, we went on a day trip to Vaadhoo Island, booked through Triton Hotel. They were quite responsible and could be contacted via Viber or WhatsApp. If you don't have those apps, they will contact you through the hotel front desk. They even let us board the island half an hour early. Vaadhoo Island is quite small, but the snorkeling is decent. This package includes the fast boat fee, island fee, free flow of drinks, one lunch, swimming pool, towels, and basically you don't need to spend any more money. The trip runs from 8am to 5:15pm. The boardwalk to the water villas is not accessible. After arriving, you can find a beach chair with an umbrella and enjoy a day of relaxation. It is recommended to go snorkeling in the morning because the water is shallower and the waves are smaller, making it easier to reach the sea trench. We snorkeled until noon and then had lunch (12:30-2:00), followed by an afternoon of lounging on the beach. There is afternoon tea at 3:30 and a shark feeding activity on the water villa boardwalk at 5pm. The only downside is that the food is not good.
