●Stay at the Disney Ambassador Hotel!

"A Disney hotel with a lovely Art Deco style where you can stay with your children without worry" I had been interested in this hotel since I learned that guests of Disney hotels can enter some areas 15 minutes before the park opens. On the day, I took a highway bus to Tokyo Disney Resort, so I got off at the Disneyland bus stop and changed to the Disney Resort Cruiser, a direct free shuttle bus to the hotel. The bus runs every 5 to 15 minutes, but it is crowded, so it may be a bit difficult to move around with a stroller or large luggage. It took about 5 minutes to get to the hotel! The exterior and lobby are unified in the Art Deco style, and have a very luxurious atmosphere. The ceiling of the lobby was painted with Disney characters, and the gorgeous atmosphere was impressive. When I stopped there, it was Easter, so I enjoyed the cute design. Perhaps because there are more than 500 rooms, it gets very crowded around 3 p.m., the check-in time. Although the lobby is relatively large, there was not a single chair available. We waited in line for about 15 minutes to check in, but they looked after our stroller and large luggage along the way, which was a nice touch. We had booked a standard room, the cheapest category, but we were shown to a slightly larger superior room (41 square meters). There was no particular explanation, but it seems we were upgraded for free♪ There are rooms with character motifs such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Stitch, so it's a good idea to choose one according to your budget and preferences. One of the two beds has a retractable trundle bed that can be pulled out freely, which was very useful for putting children to sleep and relaxing. In addition to the sofa, there was also a large table and chair, which was very convenient. In addition, the wallpaper, bed covers, lights, etc. were decorated with Disney characters, creating a fun atmosphere overall! The windows faced the beautiful outdoor pool, giving it a resort feel. As for the amenities, they were very cute, with Disney characters as the motif. Children's amenities include pajamas, a step stool for the sink, toothbrushes, mugs, slippers, bed guards, and diaper bags, making for a comfortable stay. Disney picture books are also available for loan, which my son was very happy about. We didn't eat there, but there was a Japanese restaurant and cafe where you could meet Disney characters, including Chef Mickey, and many non-guests also visited. The service was generally polite, but it was a bit hectic because it was crowded. Although it is a little far from the theme park, it is adjacent to the commercial facility Ikspiari, so it is convenient for shopping, and the fact that you can fully enjoy the Disney atmosphere in the rooms was great.
