Tokyo DisneySea Restaurant

Tokyo Disneyland is usually open all day, so you have to eat at least two meals inside!! That's how important food is ^^ Usually, restaurants in amusement parks are said to be bad, but Disney Sea seems to be above average :-) This is VULCANIA, a buffet-style Chinese restaurant where I had lunch. It's similar to Panda Express! They have fried rice, mapo tofu, ramen, chili shrimp, dim sum, spring rolls, salad, curry, etc. I had chili shrimp and ramen. The chili shrimp doesn't taste like freshly fried shrimp you get at Chinese restaurants, but the sauce and the plumpness of the shrimp were good. The ramen is seasoned with meat broth and soy sauce, and has crunchy bean sprouts and thickly fried char siu. It felt a little pre-cooked, but it was delicious!
