In addition to jjamppong, they also serve other dishes like jajangmyeon, fried rice, Chinese-style bibimbap, as well as side dishes like sweet and sour pork, chili shrimp, and kung pao chicken. Notably, if you order one meal per person, you can enjoy free rice, which is great news for those debating between jjamppong and jjamppong rice (like me, haha). I started with the jjamppong I was most looking forward to. The dish is topped with a whole squid that has been beautifully prepared. While regular jjamppong costs 7,000 KRW, squid jjamppong is priced at 5,000 KRW, which initially seemed a bit expensive. However, considering the whole squid included, the price is reasonable. Additionally, the dish is packed with various seafood like crab, mussels, shrimp, along with pork and vegetables, making it incredibly hearty. Next is the Chinese-style bibimbap. This dish features various ingredients stir-fried in a spicy sauce and served over rice, giving it a Chinese-style bibimbap flavor. I used to live in a neighborhood with a great Chinese-style bibimbap restaurant, but they moved to another area. Since then, I hadn't been able to find a good place for this dish—until today, when I finally satisfied my craving.
