Must-try yakitori izakaya in Tsim Sha Tsui

Izakaya is a gathering choice for many Hong Kongers because there are so many choices. Tonight we went to this one the same, come to the door is free but to check in first, because it is really too beautiful. The menu here is as many choices as other izakayas, we ordered the sashimi tai roll, grilled eggplant, skewers and sukiyaki. First came the sashimi too roll, inside is thick sashimi and rice rolls, large pieces are cheap and taste good. The grilled eggplant was a little different from what we expected, originally thinking it would be served whole, but here it is to help you cut it all up and eat it like this. However, the taste is also quite good, the miso is not too heavy-handed resulting in very salty, and the sweetness is just right. The wagyu sukiyaki was also rich enough, just slightly tough in the wagyu parts, not able to melt in the mouth, but the taste was also rich wagyu flavor. The thick-cut beef tongue is bouncy and rich, and the most amazing thing is the grilled white eel skewers, thick meat, enough flavor, grilled crispy. If I hadn't been a bit tired of eating the sashimi roll at first, I would have ordered another skewer.
