A 500-degree oven is installed inside the restaurant, and you can enjoy pizza, meat dishes, and vegetables baked in a fireplace and wood-fired oven. The main ingredients are local Tottori Prefecture ingredients, such as Daisen pork and Tottori beef. The yeast for the craft pizza is also natural yeast harvested from cherry blossoms in Tottori. ▼LUNCH COURSE 3,300 yen ・Today's soup Minestrone with plenty of vegetables. A rich soup with a refreshing sourness from the tomatoes accented by the sweetness of the corn. - Wood-grilled seafood carpaccio The light-colored sawara brings out its sweetness and fat when grilled. It is served with sprinkled salt. - Wood-grilled vegetable platter Cabbage, carrots, sweet peppers, shiitake mushrooms, red turnips. The vegetables baked in the wood-grilled oven are packed with umami and sweetness. The aroma of the smoked wood was amazing. - Wood-grilled Daisen pork shoulder loin Daisen pork with a good amount of fat, a rich aroma and umami, and juicy. The cross-section is very beautiful. The deliciousness and moist softness were exquisite. - JAPAN CRAFT PIZZA Pizza made in Japan for Japanese people using natural yeast from Tottori. The ingredients are shiitake mushrooms with a rich aroma and flavor, and chrysanthemums that have been grilled to enhance their sweetness. The creamy, sweet and rich cheese brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients. It's an excellent pizza, just as rumored! ・Dessert/Drink The panna cotta has a rich and creamy flavor. I enjoyed the sweetness and soft, bouncy texture. ▼Sour Ale 650 yen A lightly alcoholic craft beer from Tottori. I heard that it can be drunk like a soft drink, so I ordered it separately. It looks just like beer. The taste is refreshing, and the bitterness of the fruit comes through deliciously. Tottori is listed in the Michelin Guide along with Osaka and Kyoto, so I took a three-hour bus trip to enjoy some gourmet food. It's a rare shop in a department store in front of the station that has a wood-fired oven, and the rich aroma of smoke inside the shop was wonderful.
