[Shin-Okubo] The taste of a popular restaurant in Seoul! Gangnam🇰🇷

🇰🇷Visited in January 2023🇰🇷 【강남 Gangnam】🙂🇰🇷 This was my first time visiting them☺️✨ On the day we visited, 2PM Junho's birthday event was being held at the restaurant, and the restaurant was all about Junho👦🏻🎂🤍 It's on the second floor of the building🏢 The menu we ate that day🍴 ◉Cheese potato chijimi ◉Sorin octopus (budetako) ◉Dakhanmari (Chinese herbal chicken white juicy) First of all, we had the banchan and cheese potato chijimi🧀🥔 They said that all the banchan were homemade, and they were all delicious🥹 And the cheese potato chijimi was also incredibly delicious!! ! The saltiness of the cheese and the chewy crunchy potatoes were the best☺️🤍 I like the simple potato pancake the best, rather than the pancakes with various ingredients☺️ The first main dish is [Sorintako]🐙 This! Those who know it are Seoul experts🇰🇷🥹 The popular restaurant "Seoulnamji" has a shop in Jonggak, Seoul The menu item served there is this [Sorintako]!! Singer Sung Si-kyung loves this restaurant and introduced it on Youtube, which made it popular🏠🙂 The CEOs of Seoulnamji and Gangnam are friends👬 Apparently, they are recreating the taste of the restaurant in Jonggak!! ☺️ It's not just a simple stir-fried octopus, but the ingredients inside are sausages and bacon, just like in budae jjigae!! ! 😳 I've never seen this before either!! The manager stir-fries it until the end🤤 The soft octopus and sausage are mixed with the spicy sauce, and it's so delicious!! ! 🥹🤍 This goes well with alcohol🤤🍻🤍 It's a dish that goes especially well with soju☺️ The second dish is another Gangnam specialty, [Chinese herbal chicken white-ripe] Dakgalbi! 🐓 After the order is placed, it is slowly simmered for several tens of minutes before being served!! ! The smell is so good the moment you open the lid!! 🤤 The manager also neatly removed the herbal medicine that was simmered with the meat and cut it into pieces 🙂 This golden soup is full of flavor ✨ I could drink it forever 🤤🤍 It has the flavor of herbal medicine and warms my body as soon as I drink it ☺️💭 There is also rice in it, so it has the same feel as ginseng chicken soup!
