Tokyo Indoor Date Exhibition Recommendation

I recently visited the National Art Center in Tokyo to see the exhibition ‘LIVING Modernity: Experiments in the Exceptional and Everyday 1920s–1970s.’ This exhibition showcases innovative approaches to housing that began in the 20th century, focusing on seven aspects that define modern houses: hygiene, materials, windows, kitchens, furniture, media, and landscaping. The modernity of the housing designs from the 1920s to the 1970s was truly surprising 🫢. Fourteen houses are featured in the exhibition, and it was fascinating to see how each house presented a different perspective on the theme of 'home.' Most importantly, many of the designs were houses I could imagine myself living in 👀.
