The food is exquisite and delicious. You can feel the chef's passion for food and the fact that he has incorporated the flavor of Lyon into the menu. I especially recommend the local dish of Lyon, quenelle, which has a fluffy and delicate taste, perfectly combined with lobster mousse, it is very delicious! The distance between tables is relatively narrow, which makes us feel more like a French bistro, not a regular Michelin restaurant. Therefore, we can chat freely and there is no strict dress code. The waiter will also introduce each dish in detail and recommend suitable wines to go with it. This experience was very good and I want to go back to eat different dishes next time.
