Futaba specializes in high-quality, carefully selected Japanese black Wagyu beef, and we were lucky enough to enjoy it in the privacy of a cozy, fully enclosed private room. The dinner course was a true treat. For the sukiyaki, we were served two types of Wagyu: sirloin and rib-eye. The beef was so tender and flavorful, it practically melted in our mouths. The rich, savory broth and fresh vegetables complemented the beef perfectly.
