The morning after a snowfall in Asakusa

There is still a thin layer of snow in Asakusa. Next to a gate where snow is being removed from the roof, there is a symbolic and extremely tall building. This is a five-story pagoda lit up by the morning sun. It was actually rebuilt after the war. Apparently it burned down somehow before the war and has been rebuilt many times. #Snowscape #Asakusa
