“teamLab Borderless is a world of artworks without boundaries, a museum without a map created by art collective teamLab.” This is absolutely what I really recommend going while staying in Japan. You need to walk a lot if you want to see everything, but there is a tea house inside of the amusement building so you can chill over there with a tea and a flower blooms inside the teacup.
