[Tokyo Kagurazaka] A bistro serving delicious seasonal rice dishes😋

Tokyo Kagurazaka Gourmet 🐥 A bistro located just down an alley 😋 The menu is so tasteful that I can't help but be curious about everything! Onions from Awaji Island are soft and sweet 🧅 The beef tongue with thick pecorino is also so tender that it falls apart easily! The seasonal rice dish (broad beans and firefly squid) goes perfectly with the bitter butter of the butterbur miso butter that comes with it and is delicious! And it's reasonably priced! The rice dish is a must-order dish! The wine is naturel, and both the orange wine and red wine I had that day had a strong flavor that didn't feel naturel, and were delicious! The staff were all very nice and it was a great restaurant 🙌 The "milt and green laver gorgonzola gratin" that I was looking for was out of stock, so I'll have to get revenge! It was fully booked even on Monday, so reservations are a must!
