Thung Khaang Mine was originally a dolomite mineral mine. After a large amount of the mineral was excavated, the remaining part became a large water reservoir. The trapped water mixed with various minerals, creating a blue water surface amidst the valley. The locals call this place "Thung Khaang Mine," located at Tham Thong Lang Sub-district, Thap Put District, Phang Nga Province.
