With points and cashback, I only spent a little over $600 to savor Australian Wagyu 🥰 Pin Shi Hot Pot offers five pricing tiers: $499, $699, $799, $899, and $1399. After choosing the soup base, you can scan the QR code to order. Some items are limited to two servings, and you can order up to 13 items at a time. However, the cooldown time is 10 minutes, so if you have a big appetite and eat quickly, it might not be enough 😅 I originally came for the skewers, but each order only includes one skewer! Fortunately, the skewers were average, with only the grilled chicken wings standing out 🥲 As for the Wagyu, it met expectations for Australian Wagyu. Only the Wagyu chuck roll was decent, but unsurprisingly, after the first round, the quality started to decline, requiring assistance from the staff. Regarding pork, the Iberico pork and Matsusaka pork were acceptable. Although thin and not whole cuts, they were free of porky odor, which was a pleasant surprise! The most impressive part was the seafood selection, including scallops, oysters, abalone, angel red prawns, black diamond shrimp, and clams—all sweet and fresh! The owner claimed they were fresher than Xiao Mong Niu's 👍 There’s a wide variety of ingredients, including rare options like black tripe and white tripe. Vegetables and hot pot ingredients are available in the self-service area.
