Initially, I thought Cameron Valley Tea House 2 was just a lush green tea plantation where you could snap a few photos and move on to the next destination. To my surprise, by 9 a.m., the tea garden was already bustling with activity. The tea house was packed, and the breakfast menu offered a dazzling array of choices, making it hard to decide. When it was finally our turn, we struggled but settled on a crispy, fragrant bread and a plate of aromatic Nasi Lemak, marking the first delightful moment of our morning in the mountains. The window-side seat was perfect, overlooking the misty tea plantation below. As we enjoyed our breakfast, we discussed how to explore the tea garden next—a simple yet extraordinary experience. After finishing our meal, we bought tickets for 4 MYR and officially stepped into this sea of tea. We even brought tea bags from our room to capture the moment. The tea garden was picturesque, and every shot was stunning. The scale here rivals that of BOH Tea Plantation, with Cameron Valley Tea House 1 and 2 just a 2-minute drive apart, as if traversing different parts of the same tea mountain. Back home, brewing the tea—whether hot or cold—the aroma remained warm and mellow, and the tea bag didn’t turn bitter even after steeping for a long time. Beyond the scenery, what lingers most is the sweet memory of that sip.
