I visited on a Sunday afternoon. There were already about five groups waiting, and I stood in line for about 20 minutes. While waiting, the menu was handed to us. The system involves ordering and paying first, then being guided to your seat. The douhua had a rich soybean flavor 🫘 You can choose from various toppings and even add extras.
