Ding Wang Spicy Hotpot is located in the bustling Ximending and is a popular hotpot restaurant in Taipei. This time we returned to Ximending late at night after our trip, so we came to this hotpot restaurant which is open until 2 a.m. We ordered a shabu-shabu hotpot, half spicy and half non-spicy, which perfectly met everyone's different tastes. 😋 The spicy soup base is made with premium chili peppers and secret spices. Every bite is full of layers, and you can feel the spicy and fresh flavor that hits your taste buds directly. In terms of ingredients, we ordered beef and seafood. Each ingredient has been strictly selected, fresh and tastes great!
