Michelin recommended pizza for a budget trip in Switzerland 🍕

After paragliding, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant opposite the large lawn where we landed. This is also a recommended restaurant found by Xiaohongshu, and it also has a place on the Michelin recommendation list, so it is worth a visit. Location: Located on the ground floor of Interlaken's most famous Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel und Spa, just past a fountain and at the end of the corridor. Environment: high-ceiling design, arched floor-to-ceiling glass windows, painted ceilings and wall paintings like works of art, crystal chandeliers, wooden floors, walls and pillars with classical carved elements, elegant beige as the main color with one or two green plants, bright and warm lighting, creating a simple, luxurious, comfortable and relaxed dining space. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, but unfortunately it was not open that day. We were sitting in front of the bar, and there was a stone kiln next to the kitchen door to make the pizza. You could see how the chef made it, no wonder the pizza was so fragrant, but there was no smell of oil smoke. Service: Mostly friendly and polite. Lunch: Two lunch sets are available on weekdays, with meal kits and coffee, soup or salad.
